Zechariah 11:17
HEB: יְמִינ֑וֹ זְרֹעוֹ֙ יָב֣וֹשׁ תִּיבָ֔שׁ וְעֵ֥ין
NAS: His arm will be totally withered
KJV: his arm shall be clean dried up,
INT: his right his arm will be totally withered eye
