HEB: עֶלְיוֹנִ֖ין יְבַלֵּ֑א וְיִסְבַּ֗ר לְהַשְׁנָיָה֙ זִמְנִ֣ין
NAS: of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations
KJV: of the most High, and think to change
