Isaiah 54:9
HEB: מִקְּצֹ֥ף עָלַ֖יִךְ וּמִגְּעָר־ בָּֽךְ׃
NAS: with you Nor will I rebuke you.
KJV: that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
INT: will not be angry and rebuke
