Isaiah 40:15
HEB: כְּמַ֣ר מִדְּלִ֔י וּכְשַׁ֥חַק מֹאזְנַ֖יִם נֶחְשָׁ֑בוּ
NAS: And are regarded as a speck of dust on the scales;
