HEB: יְהוָ֗ה עֵינָ֞יו מְשֹׁטְט֤וֹת בְּכָל־ הָאָ֙רֶץ֙
NAS: of the LORD move to and fro throughout
KJV: of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth,
