Ecclesiastes 9:16
HEB: וְחָכְמַ֤ת הַמִּסְכֵּן֙ בְּזוּיָ֔ה וּדְבָרָ֖יו אֵינָ֥ם
NAS: of the poor man is despised and his words
KJV: wisdom [is] despised, and his words
